The space

Apartment of approximately 65 m2 is located on the first floor of an elegant building NOT equipped with a lift (not suitable for disabled people). We also point out the presence of internal stairs to access the mezzanine.

KITCHEN CORNER with fridge, freezer, gas hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, moka, toaster and kitchen utensils.

BEDROOM 1: Equipped with a queen bed and coat rack.

BEDROOM 2: is located on the mezzanine and is equipped with two single beds (can be joined together to make a double bed).

BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

BALCONY furnished with table and chairs


FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited free WiFi, air conditioning (2 split - in the living area and in the double bedroom), TV, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, central heating
