Villa Alice is a beautiful property that can accommodate up to 9 people.
This elegant, newly built villa combines modernity and comfort, thanks to the wooden furnishings and exposed beams that blend harmoniously with the designer furniture.
The spacious and bright rooms are enriched by warm tones in the walls and furnishings, inspired by the colours of nature, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.
The villa is arranged over two floors, connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of: - a spacious and bright living room/kitchen with sofas, TV and dining table, with large French windows offering wonderful views of the garden and direct access to the outdoor dining area in the adjacent gazebo; - a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine; - a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower; - a bedroom with two single beds; - a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are: - a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed; - a bedroom with two single beds; - a bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.
The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations). The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival): final cleaning € 100,00; heating consumption; cost for charging electric vehicles via the charging station (on consumption with prices in effect at the time of the stay); extra cleaning; extra linen change.
Pets are not allowed.
