The chalet and garden offer a peaceful, private retreat. The heart of the chalet is the cozy living and sleeping area in alpine hut style.
A lovingly built-in bed and a comfortable pellet stove create a warm, rustic atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Outdoor enjoyment: Step outside to your own natural paradise.
The entire garden and sunny terrace are yours to use exclusively.
The stone-built grill in the garden is perfect for relaxed barbecue evenings under the clear, starry sky. At a glance: 40 m² on the ground floor for up to 4 guests (baby cot available on request). The upper floor is not accessible to guests.
There is a modern bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Access and parking: Free parking on site.
The property is accessible year-round.
Please note: Snow chains are mandatory in winter.
No snow removal service on the property or private road. Important information: Pets are not allowed.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine gut ausgestattet Küche.
Sehr gemütlich war der Pelletofen den wir immer am Abend in betrieb nahmen.
