This house has been renovated from a charming old country house. Respecting the former appearance it now has all the comforts of today's life. It has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen with a designer cooker, a very large dining area and a huge open plan living room with comfortable sofas. The porch is quite large with a wonderful barbecue. There is also a very large swimming pool, a garden area with lawn and palm trees. The house is located outside the village, in a very quiet situation, but only a few minutes drive to Calonge and some of the most beautiful beaches of the island.



In the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a fixed timetable (22:00 - 06:00). In the winter months, air conditioning can be used for heating all day and night at no extra charge.
