This charming house has been renovated from an old country house, retaining its original character while now offering all modern conveniences.
It features two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a designer stove, a spacious dining area, and a large, open-plan living room with comfortable sofas.
The porch is quite large and includes a wonderful barbecue.
There is also a large swimming pool and a garden area with lawn and palm trees.
The house is located outside the village in a very quiet setting, yet it is only a few minutes' drive from Calonge and some of the island's most beautiful beaches.
During the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a set schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
In the winter months, the air conditioning can be used to heat the entire house day and night at no extra charge.

Danke an den Eigentümer für die freundliche Begrüßung.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht . Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, wurde es sofort behoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen..Noch einmal liebe Grüße an den Besitzer.

Die Finca ist ein Traum, die Lage sehr schön und gut zu finden. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool wurde jede Woche gereinigt und Bettwäsche, Handtücher jede Woche gewechselt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett . Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super, da er so schön groß ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Jedes Mal wie nach Hause kommen!

Wir waren jetzt schon öfter in dieser wunderbaren Finca, die so liebevoll und schön eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt einem an nichts und man kann einfach ankommen und schon startet der Urlaub!
