Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and kitchen corner.
Shower/WC. Parquet floors, natural stone floors.
Large terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture.
Beautiful view of the garden.
Facilities: washing machine.
Parking (1 car) at the house.
