When it's time to sit down to dinner, you can either gather around the dining room table or sit out on the terrace overlooking the sea, and why not take advantage of the opportunity to prepare and enjoy some tasty grilled meats on the charcoal barbecue.

To relax and get together, the large cathedral lounge with its beautiful decorative fireplace has two comfortable sofas and a television, it opens onto the terrace and will be the heart of the house.

A first bedroom is also located on the ground floor, with a queen-size bed (160/200) and a glass door opening onto the terrace, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC.

On the first floor, the mezzanine overlooks the spacious living room to serve three bedrooms, three bathrooms each with a washbasin and bath, and a separate WC. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160/200), the second two single beds (90/190) and the last two single beds (90/190) and a wooden cot.

For added convenience, the house has a basement laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, a storage area for eight bicycles and parking for three vehicles on the plot.
