Our gîte is ideally located a few minutes walk from the historic center of Uzès, a city on a human scale and labeled City of Art and History, and enjoy the activities of the cultural and congress center of Ombrière as well as the weekly markets on Wednesday and Saturday.
A perfect location to explore the surrounding area and discover popular sites such as the Pont du Gard, a true masterpiece of Roman architecture listed by UNESCO 20 minutes away; Lussan, Most Beautiful Village in France 20 minutes away, Nîmes and its historic monuments 40 minutes away.
A little further away, discover Avignon, Arles and the coast with the seaside resort of Grau de Roi. Also take advantage of outdoor activities (canoeing, mountain biking, horse riding, hiking and walks, etc.) to discover the landscapes and picturesque villages of the Gard.
