In a calm & preserved environment, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse, Carthusian house of character located 3km from the village of St Pierre de Chartreuse.
On the ground floor, living room, kitchen equipped with pellet stove, shower room-wc, cellar with washing machine & electric dryer. 1st floor, mezzanine relaxation area for children, bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bedroom 2 (double bed), shower room, wc.
On the 2nd mezzanine with double bed & 2 single beds.
Heating wood pellets & electric (convectors & floor heating), dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer.
Flat screen TV for DVD only.
No internet access.
Land & terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, closed room for skis & bikes.
Car park.
Mountain biking & hiking trails departing from the gîte.
In case of snow, ski from the gîte.
Ski lifts in the village at 3km.
