As the gîte is situated in a quiet hamlet, noisy parties are not permitted in order to preserve the tranquillity of the area.

Only stays with family or friends, up to a maximum of 28 people, or stays by clubs and associations are accepted.
People from outside the gîte are not accepted within the grounds of Le Serverin.
