The apartments on Komuny Paryskiej street are located in a quiet and beautiful district of Karpacz, near a coniferous forest.
The complex offers a beautiful view of Śnieżka – the highest peak of the Karkonosze Mountains.
This is an ideal place for people seeking peace and quiet.
The proximity to nature allows for relaxation and recreation.
The holiday homes are located far from each other, ensuring privacy for our guests. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and a fireplace (wood is not provided). The complex area is fenced and completely safe. There is a playground for children. Dogs are welcome in selected apartments.
The additional charge for accommodating a pet is PLN 100 (one-time fee). Arrival with a dog must be confirmed in advance with the staff of the local office in Karpacz. A parking space is assigned to the apartment (additional charge applies). The apartments are equipped with clean bed linen and towels. It is possible to rent a high chair and a bathtub free of charge.
For an additional fee (PLN 50 for the entire stay), we provide a travel cot. Restaurant: 600 m Ski piste/lift: 1.2 km Shop: 50 m Pharmacy: 2.8 km Wang Church: 5.2 km Wild Waterfall: 4.3 km Miniature Park: 6.1 km Love Mill: 5.4 km Kowary Mines: 9.8 km Gravity Point: 4.4 km JUNA Exhibition "Treasures of the Earth" at Dwór Liczyrzepy: 1 km Dogs are allowed in selected apartments.
The additional cost of staying with a four-legged friend is PLN 100 (single fee). Guests planning to stay with a dog are asked to contact our service at the local office in advance. Apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. The tourist tax is not included in the price.
It must be paid in cash at the local office on the day of check-in. A refundable deposit of PLN 300 is collected on-site. IMPORTANT! To check in before arrival, online formalities must be completed, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental price (if only a portion has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit, and tourist tax, as well as any additional fees chosen by the guest (e.g., parking when staying with a dog). In selected facilities, it is possible to enter the apartment via a door code or a key dispenser.
The code will be provided on the day of check-in after completing the formalities.
Information regarding key collection will be sent a few days before your arrival.
If key collection takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange key collection (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
