Situation, propreté, confort. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux et possède tous les objets nécessaire pour un court séjour.
La rue qui est commerçante ( son atout) est malgré tout assez animée la nuit d'où quelques nuisances sonores. La cage d'escalier est assez sombre et pourrait être un peu rafraîchie.
