It is situated in a residence just steps away from the right bank beach, a highly sought-after area, peaceful yet close to all amenities.
This studio with a sea view, located in the front line, offers a comfortable terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts and admire the sunrise and sunset.
The bright living area includes a convertible sofa and a single bed, accommodating up to 3 people.
You will also have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an Italian shower.
A private parking space is provided.

The evenings offer stunning sunsets, depending on the season.
The apartment also features a separate WC.
