MTB tours are an excellent way to experience the landscape around Hüttau. Tours around the Almhütte Lisa can be found in a folder in the hut! You have the possibility to start directly from the hut, have fun!

The newly built Almhütte Lisa is situated in a sunny and quiet location on the edge of the forest near the village of Hüttau. The hut is surrounded by lush meadows and forests. Nestled in the tranquillity of nature, Almhütte Lisa is a holiday destination for those seeking relaxation. The hut was built exclusively with natural building materials, without the use of any chemicals. It is of very high quality and yet deliberately kept very minimalist. There is no radio, satellite TV or Wi-Fi. Heating and cooking is provided by an original 150-year-old wood-burning stove. Drinking water is available from the water pipe behind the hut. The village of Hüttau, where there is a grocery shop and a restaurant, is approx. 2.5 kilometres away. The Almhütte Lisa is accessible by car all year round, the car park is approx. 40 metres from the hut. Pets are welcome.

Summer information:
The Almhütte Lisa is located at the foot of one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains in the Pongau, the Hochgründeck. This means there are numerous hiking routes that can be started directly from the hut. Nature offers plenty to discover along the way. Managed mountain pastures invite you to enjoy a hearty snack. An area for young and old where you can enjoy a wonderful time of relaxation. Round off an eventful day of hiking in the hotel's own hot tub.

Several ski areas are within easy reach of the Almhütte Lisa.
The family-friendly ski area „Monte Popolo“ can be reached in just 11 kilometres. Spacious and perfectly groomed slopes, 6-seater chairlift with weather bonnet and child safety, modernised 2-seater chairlift, children's area with platter lift and lots of animal figures, adventure children's slope with talking forest animal figures, fun park with trails for sliding, beautiful relaxation lounge at the middle station, "Andrea Fischbacher" timing course as well as ski huts and a mountain restaurant.

The Snow Space Flachau ski area can be reached in 18 kilometres.
In total, Flachau offers access to 120 interconnected kilometres of pistes in Snow Space Salzburg. For skiers, this means wide and perfectly groomed pistes all winter long. 100 per cent guaranteed snow and a variety of off-piste runs also ensure variety on each of your skiing days.

There is a ski bus stop in the village of Hüttau near the church!
