-New detached house of 65 m², located between Carnac ville and Quiberon in a small housing estate at the entrance to Plouharnel and about 1. km from the beaches.
On the ground floor you will find : - a bathroom with WC - a pretty kitchen very well equipped and functional - a sitting area with a pellet stove Upstairs you will find : - 1 parental suite with 140 cm sleeping and bathroom - 1 bedroom with bed 160 cm - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90 cm) - 1 separate WC.
Garden side : a beautiful terrace and enclosed garden for the safety of your children.
To take advantage of the iodized air.
You can eat on the terrace (1 table and 8 chairs) and rest in the 4 deckchairs. 1 Weber barbecue with cover is at your disposal.
A private garden shed in which you can deposit your beach equipment and others.
In order to take advantage of the many cycle paths, we can offer you a bike + helmet option at € 35 per week per bike (4 bikes).
Animals allowed (Dogs only) with a supplement of 80 euros per animal and an additional deposit of 200 euros.
The dog should not be left alone in the accommodation when you go out.
You will have the possibility to take the option of end of stay cleaning 80 euros.
