Ce séjour s’est immédiatement transformé en cauchemar. Nous n’avons pas été prévenus avant notre venue que l’ascenseur était en panne depuis 2 semaines et qu’il ne serait pas réparé avant encore au moins 10 jours donc nous avons emmenés comme prévu des personnes à mobilité réduite que nous avons dû ...
