The internal space is organized as follows

-LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, TV, single sofa bed and split A/C;

-BEDROOM I with a double bed and A/C split;

-BEDROOM II with two single beds (one of which is pull-out);

-BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.


FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning via split systems (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.


PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator – the apartment is located on the second floor.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (122 km - 1 hour and 22).


- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot (24 minutes) or by bus (13 minutes) to the apartment.


- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the bus lines (1/2/3) with the stop "Via della Vittoria", a 5-minute walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine you can take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are the SS13, the SS54 and the SS56.

Parking is not included. However, paid parking is available at Parcheggio Magrini, approximately a 6-minute walk from the property.

Guests are kindly advised to take note that the accommodation is located near the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) boundary. Rest assured, the apartment is accessible by car.
