For the little guests, there is a small children's play area.
The complex's own app allows you to order delivery services for restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets with just one click.
Lake Garda is also ideal for numerous water sports.
Golf enthusiasts will find great golf courses in the surrounding area. The modern lodge is for a maximum of 7 people and consists of three living modules.
The first module has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The second module consists of two bedrooms; one has a double bed, and the other has two single beds and a bunk bed for a child under 12 years old.
The second bathroom is also located here, equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

LOCATION
This holiday village is located on the west side of Lake Garda in an area known for its magnificent, colorful panoramas and its flourishing nature. The Piccola Gardiola complex impresses with its direct lakefront location offering beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Manerba.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
San Felice del Benaco is idyllically situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. The main town, with its old alleys and a romantically overgrown fortress ruin, is located about 2 kilometers above Lake Garda. Narrow country roads lead from here to the beautiful bathing coves around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese, and the San Fermo peninsula. From Portese – a small village belonging to the municipality – you have a beautiful view of the neighboring town of Salò, which nestles into the bay of the same name. The center of Portese offers a few nice restaurants. Directly opposite the San Felice del Garda lakefront lies the island of Isola del Garda. On the island stands the stately villa in neo-Gothic Venetian style, which once served Saint Francis of Assisi as a meditation site and can today be visited during the summer months. Every Wednesday, a charming weekly market takes place in San Felice del Benaco, where you can find fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables, as well as unique sausage and cheese specialties at good prices.
In just 1.5 hours by car, you can reach Verona for a city trip, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-renowned arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping spree. A drive around Lake Garda is also always a memorable experience.
Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, adventure parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from a whitewater rafting ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to bring visitors closer to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors, with special effects providing the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, counting among its residents several threatened species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda. On a walking path, visitors can go on safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.

Wir waren im ersten Haus und somit direkt am Pool-Bereich und am See. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Personal war super freundlich und kompetent. Auch unsere Hündin war herzlich willkommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Direct aan het Gardameer. Rustig gedeelte en mooie omgeving
In de de directe omgeving waren niet direct op loopafstand diverse horecazaken. Heeft het zeer warme weer ook meegespeeld dat lopen een mindere optie werd. En de wifi was bar slecht. Dit is met twee jongvolwassene geen aanrader.
