It features an attractive 25 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². - Bedroom 2 (master suite): king-size bed (180×200) with dressing room, bath and bathroom sink

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Exterior:
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 1,000 m², not fenced but overlooking a dead-end road. It includes a gravel terrace, two exotic wood sunshades and a complete set of garden furniture.
- 70 m² terrace with table for 6, 8 chairs, 2 deckchairs, charcoal barbecue and brazier.

The house is located in the middle of nature, with only two neighboring houses. It offers an unobstructed view over the Amance valley. It's a true haven of calm and peace, where you can admire magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
