The Casita las Pincoras
Casita las Pincoras is located in the middle of the beautiful garden complex, approx. 20 m away from the Casa las Pincoras in El Paso, to which it is connected via a convenient garden path.
The casita offers 36 m² of space for 2 people. It has a cosy living room/bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom is visually separated from the living area by a fully equipped kitchenette, which also serves as a room divider. A dining area for 3 people, a beautiful display cabinet as well as satellite TV, satellite radio and stereo complete the bright and friendly furnishings of the living room. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, bathroom cabinet and daylight window.
A sun terrace on the west side with garden furniture and a wonderful view rounds off the cosy and friendly ambience of the casita.
You sleep in a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m - one mattress)
The kitchenette is integrated in the living room/bedroom.
The location of the casita is like that of Casa las Pincoras:
The "Casita las Pincoras" is located 2 km south of El Paso on a quiet side street.
It is situated in the middle of a park-like property with many shady places to linger. From the terraces around the house you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
El Paso has a variety of shopping facilities and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the sea and the mountains.
A bus stop is nearby (approx. 10 minutes' walk away).
Weekly intermediate cleaning at no extra charge.

Directly from the holiday home you can start hiking in the mountains or visit the beautiful beaches of Puerto Naos or Puerto de Tazacorte in a few minutes by car (approx. 14 km away).
