Marinetti Suite 9 is a spacious one-bedroom apartment located just outside the city walls, in the vibrant Viale Lecco.
This bright and modern space offers a welcoming atmosphere for a comfortable stay in the lively city of Como. FURTHER INFO Marinetti Suite 9 features a large living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes.
The suite includes a TV and free Wi-Fi.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests, with a spacious double bedroom. EXTRAS Marinetti Suite 9 does not have private parking.
Pets are not allowed.

Please note that during the high season, long queues may form at the ticket office before boarding.
Tickets can also be purchased online on the "Navigazione Laghi" website. From Como San Giovanni train station, you can regularly reach Milan Central Station and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno), while Como Nord Lago station connects to Milan Cadorna railway station. The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, and Orio al Serio in Bergamo.
Shuttle services to and from the airports can be easily arranged at an additional cost.

Como city is the urban hub of the area, but the small towns are gems with beautiful lakeside villas. Wear comfortable shoes when moving around and exploring Lake Como, especially in the smaller towns. There are many public drinking fountains in the area, and the water is safe to drink unless otherwise indicated.
Tap water is also potable.
Bring your reusable water bottle! If you're looking for a relatively easy hike with mountain views, the Greenway del Lago di Como is a straightforward trail connecting lakeside towns from Colonno to Griante, requiring minimal climbing.
A bus can take you to the starting point in Colonno. Look for traditional restaurants to try local dishes, such as those featuring fish from Lake Como. In Italy, many shops (especially small ones) and services close in the middle of the day, so plan your shopping accordingly. Lake Como is one of Europe’s deepest lakes and the deepest in Italy.
Swimming and diving are prohibited in many areas and can be dangerous.

We had an awful experience at this property. Poor communication and service from the property management team. They dont leave the keys for the property for you at the site, you actually have to meet them somewhere to get the keys. We gave them an advance notice about our arrival time (I event sent ...
