Banana Plantation & Little Group Of Houses, Heated Pool, free wi-fi . Set in an extremely peaceful area of South Tenerife, this charming property is surrounded by a historic banana plantation that has been here for more than 100 years. It is a unique place to relax and enjoy the island at a slower pace, while still being within walking distance of local restaurants, a supermarket and a taxi/bus stop.
The highlight of the property is the large, genuinely heated swimming pool, measuring 13 m x 5 m. It is heated to a comfortable temperature, making it ideal for swimming and enjoying the pool throughout the year. The pool is shared by 4 one-bedroom houses, 5 two-bedroom houses and 1 three-bedroom house.
Close to the pool, you will find a spacious reading and relaxation room with comfortable sofas.
The property also offers several outdoor areas for guests to enjoy, including a barbecue area, a children's swings area near the parking area, and a free mineral water dispenser with still and sparkling water.
Your house has its own private front terrace with outdoor furniture, as well as a private back patio. There is also a rooftop solarium, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
We have installed solar panels to make the most of Tenerife's abundant sunshine. We are gradually working towards making the property a more sustainable farm while preserving its traditional character and natural surroundings.
Although the property is surrounded by nature and offers a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, you are not isolated. Local restaurants, a supermarket and public transport are all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the area without having to use the car all the time.

Super séjour avec notre fille de 22 mois, petite maison dans un cadre superbe et très adapté pour les enfants ! Piscine chauffée, fermée par une porte. Ballade dans la bananeraie très sympa !Encore merci pour tout, nous reviendrons ici si non revenons à Tenerife !

Es passt einfach alles. Mietfahrzeug vorausgesetzt.
Wir waren in 2023 und 2024 jeweils 6 Wochen dort und werden es auch die nächsten Jahre so halten.

Es war ein wunderschöner, entspannter Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist außerordentlich gepflegt, der Service wirklich erstklassig. Es ist ruhig, relaxed und grün mit gepflegter exotischer Vegetation. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Danke für alles!!
