The amount will be released automatically at the end of the stay (varying times depending on the bank).

In the event of damage or violation of the regulations, we reserve the right to withhold an amount to cover expenses.

Klodge properties are private properties managed on a tourist rental basis, in accordance with Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Regione Sardegna.

Being private dwellings, they do not follow hotel standards and may have slight imperfections that do not compromise their functionality.

Klodge is a professional real estate broker specialising in short term tourist rentals.

Online check-in and contract

After booking, an online check-in is required (uploading documents and selfie for each guest).

Data are processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation.

The signing of a tourist rental contract is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; we will provide a courtesy copy in English.


Key collection

The collection of keys and the signing of the documents will take place at Klodge Reception - Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.


Differentiated waste collection

A door-to-door waste collection system is in operation. Purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of your waste correctly before departure.
