Holiday home for 5 people in Villanueva de la Concepción, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Ideal for a holiday in complete tranquility.
The house is spread over two floors:
On the first floor we find the kitchen open to the living room, with fireplace and TV. There is a bedroom with a double bed and on this same floor there is a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there is the second bedroom with three single beds.
From the first floor, going down some stairs we reach a private patio.
Outside we find a kitchen with a barbecue, a large terrace with a swimming pool with a bubble area, surrounded by grass and sun loungers.
It shares the same access to the property with two other houses that are on the same plot, but the pool is private for the exclusive use of the clients of this house.
It has private parking.
A short drive separates this accommodation from the picturesque town of Villanueva de la Concepción, where you can find pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets.

Très bonne expérience dans la globalité. Logement spacieux et très confortable. La literie était parfaite.
Point à savoir, le logement se trouve dans une ferme et il y a énormément de mouches aux abords de la piscine. Quelques fois on est tellement dérangé que c’est impossible d’utiliser les extérieurs.
