The house has four bedrooms that are distributed over two floors as follows

On the first floor there are three triple bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed (one of them with an en-suite shower) and a complete bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub. There is also a toilet and a living room with a kitchenette.


On the second floor there is a fourth triple bedroom with a terrace.


From the living room on the first floor there is access to the porch and the garden, which leads to a barbecue area and a private pool.
