Holiday home for 4 people in El Gastor, in the province of Cadiz, Andalusia.


This is a pleasant, cosy and charmingly decorated rural house. It is located on a private property about 4 km from the beautiful village of El Gastor, better known as “El Balcón de los Pueblos Blancos”, in the heart of the Sierra de Cadiz and just 1 km from the Zahara-El Gastor Reservoir, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Grazalema Natural Park. It is easily accessible from the Ronda-Seville road.


The construction of the house and the exteriors used local materials (such as local stones and wooden beams), and bio-construction techniques and criteria of respect for the environment were followed using renewable energy sources. Our electricity supply is provided by solar panels.


The interior of the 70 m2 house has a living/dining room/kitchen with a fireplace. The high wooden ceilings give it a pleasant homely atmosphere. There are 2 sofas, 40" flat screen TV with HDMI and USB input; and WiFi (limited).


It is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, capsule coffee maker (Bosch Tassimo), toaster, blender, gas oven, washing machine, air conditioning, catalytic stove, entrance gate, covered parking area.


The house has a double room with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 m. on the ground floor. It has a bathroom with a shower and other accessories (hair dryer). There is a second bedroom located on a mezzanine above the living room with capacity for 2 people, consisting of two single beds.


The exterior of the house is fully maintained, the 4x8 m. pool is a real wonder, it has a small built-in children's pool and a beautiful waterfall built with great care with stones from the area, there is an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers and 1 Balinese bed under a thatched roof to enjoy a nap on hot summer afternoons. There is a a dining table by the pool, perfect for al fresco meals; a terrace at the top with garden furniture and a portable barbecue.
