Holiday home for 4 people in Los Villares, in the province of Jaén, Andalusia.
In the middle of the southern sierra region, a few kilometers from Jaén and Los Villares, is this excellent home. in its construction, all the traditional construction elements such as stone or centenary wooden beams have been respected. the house is located in a unique environment of holm oaks and rockrose in the southern region of Jaén, surrounded by beautiful gardens and viewpoints from where you can overlook the vicinity of the pandera, cold river and the olive groves of the province of jaén.
The common elements inside the house are the careful design and its abundant natural light that floods every corner, and invites you to enjoy the views from the living rooms and terraces. in the decoration, the traditional elements stand out, with a predominance of raw colors, plant fabrics, wood and glass, pampering all the details.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Los Villares. La maison est idéalement située, offrant une superbe vue et beaucoup de tranquillité. Lorenzo a été particulièrement aimable et attentionné. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir et nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Die Realität entspricht den Abbildungen.
Es ist ein phantastisches Grundstück mit den Temperaturen entsprechenden Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.
Dad Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar, es ist ruhig, sodass eine Erholung garantiert ist. Jaén, Cordoba und Granada sind von diesem Standpunkt aus gut zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, höflich und zurückhaltend, aber per WhatsApp gut erreichbar.
