Located in an urbanization of chalets located 20 minutes from Granada capital, the house has four bedrooms that are distributed over two floors: On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds, as well as a living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper floor there are three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds.

There is also a second bathroom. The plot is fully fenced and has a private pool outside the house.
