The double-height living space welcomes one dining table and two comfortable sofas facing a fireplace.

In the living space, you will also find a well-equipped kitchenette.

One bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with one double bed each are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, you will have one more bedroom with a double bed at your disposal; besides, you can also rejoice in the two fabulous terraces that overlook the countryside. The living room and the upstairs bedroom are provided with warm/cool air-con. The semi-glazed backyard porch features a cosy chill-out area, where you can have a cup of tea enveloped by a blanket, or enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the surrounding landscape.

From this porch, you can access the pool area, near which an outdoor dining table and a BBQ let your meals acquire a brand new flavour.

The private pool is perfect for refreshing when the temperatures rise, while, on the sun loungers, you will enjoy some relaxing siestas.

An outdoor bathroom with a shower completes the house's amenities. The access to the house is fully paved.
