Holiday home for 7 people in Villanueva de la Concepción, Province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Charming rural villa located south of Torcal, a natural and relaxed place where you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty that the place offers.
The house is distributed over two floors.
On the 1st floor there is an independent equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and TV.
It has a separate bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a single bed and the other with two single beds.
On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
All spaces are perfectly equipped to meet the needs of our tenants. Outside, there are numerous places to spend time, such as the swimming pool surrounded by grass, barbecue area and two large porches.
As well as space for walking. The house is located in a rural setting from which you can visit numerous places such as Torcal de Antequera, El Caminito del Rey, among others,

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool umgeben von Bergen und Feldern.Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit sehr schnell erreichbar und stand uns bei Rückfragen sofort zur Seite.
(in einiger Entfernung bellten immer wieder einige Hunde. Für uns nicht weiter tragisch, vielleicht für andere schwierig?)

La Villa est très belle!! Spacieuse, propre avec le charme des poutres en bois réalisé par le propriétaire Juan lui-même!!. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue de la piscine vers les montagnes est magnifique et le tout dans un calme absolu!
Les propriétaires sont gentils, accueillants et disponibles.
à refaire....

Très belle maison avec une vue imprenable, les propriétaires sont très gentils et très réactifs. L’arrivée à la maison se fait par une petite route de montagne sinueuse mais quelle belle récompense à l’arrivée, un cadre magnifique sur la campagne andalouse au pied du Torcal.
