The living area, decorated in relaxing neutral colours, offers a comfortable sofa to unwind in front of the fireplace on colder days. A separate kitchen equipped with modern appliances completes the layout of the flat.


Both bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, you will find a lovely porch with an outdoor dining area, although the icing on the cake is undoubtedly the beautiful private swimming pool, surrounded by a perfectly maintained garden.
