Holiday house for 19 people in Frailes, in the province of Jaén, Andalusia.


The house has eight bedrooms and four bathrooms that are distributed over three floors

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen. From this floor there is access to the patio.


On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second bathroom with shower and bathtub and another living room with kitchen.


In the Penthouse there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchen and a private terrace. This floor is not accessed from the house but has its own access from the outside, with the car.


The pool area and the outdoor lounge of 94 square meters is at the top of the farm. There is outside toilet.


For groups of 13 or fewer people, only two floors are open, with the third floor remaining closed, which will be opened exclusively for groups of 14 to 19 people, at an extra cost.


Outside it has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, a barbecue area, a children's area and a private parking for six cars.


The possibility of charging your electric car using the electricity of the house is subject to availability by the owner.
