The outdoor area is sheltered from the neighbours by a 2-mt-high fence so that you will be able to enjoy the private swimming pool and the barbecue area in complete privacy. The access to the house is completely paved. The house is located in the town centre, near a school.

The property was in a typical whitewashed southern Spanish village. This is not a holiday resort and is the better for that. The property is well equipped and furnished. It was clean and tidy.
