Both in summer and winter this house has the perfect characteristics to have total comfort, cold air and heat in the double bedroom, in the living room it is not necessary since the 2 doors open to the east and west so a refreshing breeze runs the place.


Inside the house you will find everything new and of high quality, complete kitchen with appliances, breakfast bar, gas stove, oven, etc.


In winter you can enjoy cozy and warm afternoons with a fireplace in the living room, so the house is perfectly equipped for the cold, in addition to having radiators in the bedrooms.


There are 3 bedrooms, one with a 150cm bed and 2 bedrooms with a 135cm bed each, 1 complete bathroom with a comfortable shower, a large living room with a smart TV, a comfortable chaise longue and a dining table with chairs.


On the front porch there is a wooden table with a wooden bench and surrounded by greenery and lighting to enjoy unique afternoons.
