Holiday home in Montefrío, province of Granada, Andalucia.
The location of this holiday home provides some spectacular views of the Castle of La Villa, Montefrío’s most famous landmark.
All the facilities are located near the house, thus ensuring a lovely stay. The villa’s ground floor is the only part that is rented out; the first floor is in fact where the owners' parents live.
However, you will have exclusive use of the outdoor area, thus including the pool. The rental’s main room is a spacious dining-living room with a massive fireplace and a fully-equipped galley corner; this room is heated and cooled thanks to the warm/cool air-con located above the fridge.
The house is provided with one bathroom with shower, which is shared among the eight guests that’ll stay here, and three bedrooms.
Two of them are equipped with one double bed each, and one is furnished with one double bed and two twin beds (1.05 mt each). Please note that the bedrooms will be opened depending on the number of people renting the house. The outdoor area is divided into a tiled pool area and a grassed part, where the sun loungers and a pergola with a space for “al fresco” dining are located.
Here, you can relax under the sun, or delight in tasty meals, which you will have conveniently cooked on the BBQ provided. The access to the house is fully paved.

La zona exterior de la piscina y las vistas lo mejor, así como la tranquilidad de la zona. Surgió un imprevisto y el propietario lo solucionó rápidamente. Estaba todo en general limpio. Buenas comunicación con el propietario.
Eché en falta algunas cosas sin demasiada importancia como trapos de cocina y bolsas de basura, la barbacoa no estaba a mí entender en condiciones para utilizarla y las camas no eran especialmente cómodas pero en general bastante bien.

La casa está situada a las afueras del pueblo, ambiente tranquilo y unas vistas increíbles a la iglesia de la villa. Lo mejor de la casa es la parte de la piscina exterior, en general hemos estado a gusto, relación calidad-precio bastante bien.

Lovely Villa, great value for money. Beds comfy, pool area is super and all is exactly as the pictures show. Check in was a little difficult due to language barrier but Google translate helped. No check out instructions were given so we didn't know where to leave the key etc. The road is particularl...
