Villa situated in the surrounding area of the town of Alora, in the region of Valle del Guadalhorce, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This recently-built holiday home is divided into two floors, and it is provided with AC and heating. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, the other with two single beds, in addition to a bathroom with shower. If a group of more than seven people book the house, an extra bed will be put in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. On this floor, you will also find a vast fireplace-equipped dining-living room and a completely equipped open kitchen.
On the ground floor, there is an independent apartment with exclusive entrance, which features a bedroom with two single beds, a day bed for two people and a bathroom with shower. This apartment will be open upon request; if this is the case, you will be charged according to the number of beds used (€15/bed per night), instead of the number of guests that stay at the villa. Anyway, the apartment will be open if a group of 8+ people book the villa.
In the outdoor area, you will spend joyful moments on the covered terrace, while enjoying some marvellous landscapes over the surrounding mountains and tasting delicious meals cooked in the barbecue area on the terrace itself. In the magnificent gardens, you will find a vast illuminated swimming pool, which will provide you with unforgettable moments. The estate is also equipped with private parking.
The access to the villa is made possible by a 1-km-long unpaved lane, which is accessible with all kinds of car. There are white washed stones flanking the lane, which were put there by the owners.
The surrounding area offers lots of leisure and sporting activities to do, such as canoeing, fishing, paragliding, hiking, trekking, horse riding, mountain climbing, and cycling.
