Villa located in Alhaurín el Grande, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
This spectacular villa will provide you with the most relaxing vacation you've ever experienced.
Its peaceful surroundings will allow you to enjoy some fun moments with your family and friends. The villa features five bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2 meters and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters and a sofa, one with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters on the upper floor, one with two single beds measuring 1.05 x 2 meters, and another with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters.
Additionally, the house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower.
The living room is equipped with a fireplace and comfortable sofas.
In the large independent kitchen, you will find a dining table and a fireplace, along with all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, while the first floor has electric radiators.
The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have ducted air conditioning, while the upper floor and dining area are equipped with split air devices. The outdoor area is simply stunning.
In fact, here you'll find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, pergolas with outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with a portable barbecue and grill, an independent toilet, and private parking.
As if that weren't enough, the garden hosts palm trees and colorful flowers to make your stay even more pleasant. The use of the heated pool from April 1 to October 31 is included in the price.
In March and November, the heated pool will be available at an extra cost.
In December, January, and February, the pool is not available. For the enjoyment of the whole family, the owner has added a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a pool table, a foosball table, and for the little ones, a slide and a swing. This house features photovoltaic energy to reduce the environmental impact on nature.

Spotless, heated swimming pool,great outdoor area, table tennis, pool table, table football, basketball, trampoline, swings and a new kids playground.
BBQs and various seating set ups and covers for weather cover.
Really enjoyed our 2nd stay and we'll be back again.

As a family with a young child we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor games area. The house was spacious and had everything you needed.
Cristobal, our host was very thoughtful and considerate throughout our stay and communication was quick and easy.
We will definitely be returning and recommend.

Alles van begin tot eind was het top geregeld. Ook deze locatie was boven verwachting met een zeer fijne eigenaar die alles perfect geregeld heeft. Gaan hier zeker nog een keer terug.
