Your home away from home provides exclusive access to an entire house, thoughtfully designed to help you live like a local and enjoy a comfortable, safe and pleasant stay. - Kitchen fully equipped. - Internet access & TV. - 4 bedrooms & 3 double beds & 1 futon. - 4 bathrooms & 3 walk-in shower. - Washing machine and dishwasher are included. - Linen and towels are included. - Free parking available at the property. Local attractions and activities: - Wicksteed Park (10 minutes driving). - Barton Seagrave (10 minutes driving). - Manor House Museum (10 minutes driving). - Lighthouse Theatre (10 minutes driving). - Stanwick Lakes (20 minutes driving). House Rules: - Check-in time is 3PM & Check-out time is 11AM. - Smoking is not allowed. - Pets are allowed at the property. As the Property is situated in a very quiet place, there won’t be any loud music allowed or any noise which may impact the neighbours. Although Pets are allowed, please do make sure any waste is cleared up as our cleaning team usually has to spend additional time cleaning. Please Park either in front of the Garage, or at the side of the Property, as parking at the front of the property usually blocks the neighbour’s. Kind regards

Location, comfort was brilliant. Clean and tidy, waiting for us to book in
Key box is fight on the ground level. Our group were 60 plus so found it difficult to get there
Not what we were expecting, but only a few days stay, so not the end of the World

The house was new and in a nice peaceful location close to where we needed to be
No wardrobes in the house which is just strange in a new build
Management company needs to step up their game and keep the place in better condition for the owner and those staying there

Great communication, very easy and timely access information. House itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable, photos were very accurate.
