The beautiful and comfortably furnished holiday home was built in Scandinavian style as a so-called Finnish hut. It offers space for 4 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/kitchen area and a shower with toilet. An open staircase leads to the upper floor to the two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. One bedroom has a balcony. The terrace offers plenty of space to sit and relax. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden with a comfortable seating area for relaxing and sunbathing. The children also have plenty of space to play.
The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Lichtenhain in a quiet location with no through traffic. From the balcony and terrace you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the rocky landscape of Saxon Switzerland.
The holiday home is an ideal starting point for hikes in the rear of Saxon Switzerland. In about 20 minutes you can reach the Lichtenhain waterfall with a traditional restaurant in the wild and romantic Kirnitzschtal and you are already in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. From there, your hikes can begin directly. A trip through the Kirnitzschtal on the historic tram is highly recommended.
Lichtenhain has a restaurant with a bowling alley, a café and a village shop.
The silk flower town of Sebnitz is about 5 km away and the spa town of Bad Schandau is about 11 km away. There are many shops as well as restaurants, museums and other attractions. In addition to hiking, climbing and cycling, there are also plenty of sporting activities, including a boat and canoe trip on the Elbe, a visit to the Solivital leisure and sports center with a climbing hall, fitness, children's play area and much more.
The Toskana-Therme in Bad Schandau and the Kräutervitalbad in Sebnitz invite you to relax and unwind, or you can visit the Mariba leisure pool in nearby Neustadt.
The state capital of Dresden, about 50 km away, with its many cultural monuments, theaters and museums is also worth a visit.
Local bus companies offer the opportunity to visit Prague, which is 120 km away.
