This very spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 81 m²) on the ground floor, close to the beach, offers a high degree of comfort and is fully furnished.
High-quality vinyl flooring with a refined wood look is installed throughout the living area, while the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled. The vacation apartment offers sleeping accommodation for a total of 6 people.
For small children, we can provide a travel cot (without mattress, duvet, pillows, and covers) and a high chair upon request for a small fee. From the spacious hallway with a wardrobe, shoe rack, wall mirror, bench, small table with a chair, and a small chest of drawers, you can conveniently access all rooms of your vacation apartment. The friendly and generous living/dining room is equipped with a separate seating area with a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with chairs. The apartment features a ground-level, south-east facing, approximately 6 m² covered terrace with garden furniture, accessible from the bedroom.
Here you can relax and enjoy the greenery, and in the evening, savor the mild summer nights with a good glass of wine! For your entertainment, the vacation apartment offers a flatscreen TV and a radio with a CD player.
Additionally, the apartment has free Wi-Fi (no guarantee – according to our terms and conditions, no liability is assumed for any disruptions). The semi-open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots. The friendly and very spacious 1st bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a spacious chest of drawers, and 3 chairs. The separate and additional 2nd bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable armchair, and a small reading nook with a table and 2 comfortable wicker chairs. An additional comfortable sleeping option for a 5th or 6th person is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
For good sleeping comfort, both the bedroom and the living room have blackout curtains. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower facility, a washbasin with a vanity unit, a toilet, a heated towel rail, and ample storage space.
A private washing machine is also available here for washing your holiday wardrobe. Your jackets and shoes can be stored on the large wardrobe with a shoe rack, bench, and mirror in the spacious hallway of the apartment. Furthermore, a small storage room for suitcases and luggage is also part of the apartment. You can park your car free of charge in a parking space (No. 51) belonging to your apartment, located directly to the right of the house.
Your bicycles can be stored in bicycle racks in the outdoor area of the apartment complex.
If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a nearby bike rental service.
Upon request, bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday accommodation. Bringing a dog is possible upon request – a moderate one-time surcharge will be applied for the increased cleaning effort (see prices). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests; please use the terrace for this purpose.

Hallo, die FW ist bestens ausgestattet. Dort kann man mit einer 4 bis 5-köpfigen Familie sehr gut seinen Urlaub verbringen. Eine sehr saubere Anlage. Der Strand ist sehr nah.
