For your vacation on the Vendée coast, we offer this town house with its 45 m² courtyard, arranged to accommodate 5 people, ideally 2 adults and 3 children.
The accommodation is not necessarily suitable for 5 adults. In the separate kitchen, you will find everything you need for your meals: an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher.
For your breakfasts, a Tassimo pod coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle will help you start the day right.
You can enjoy your meals in the kitchen or on the terrace, set up for dining and relaxing in the sun. A gas plancha is also available for delicious grilled meals. In the living room, a sofa bed offers sleeping space for two people.
You will also find two comfortable armchairs, a television with TNT decoder, and a DVD player. In the bedroom area, you will have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a 110 x 190 cm bed, ideal for children, separated by a screen for added privacy. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.
At the back of this room, you will also find the toilet.
A baby chair and a booster seat are provided. Approximately 250m away, public parking is available next to the library. Agréable,pratique,bien placé,facile d’accès mais trop passant Décoration harmonieuse,jardin,équipement Logement situé dans une rue très passante et donc bruyante,en raison de la canicule nous dormions volets fermés et fenêtres ouvertes et beaucoup de bruits dans la rue,accentues de surcroît par chaque jour des travaux dès 7h le matin dans la rue(mais dont le bailleur n’etait pas responsable)

Nous sommes venu avec notre chien, un petit espace extérieur avec plancha et coin d’ombre super plaisant ! Il faisait bien frais dans la maison avec les bonnes chaleurs extérieures, cela était parfait !

Séjour c est bien passé tout de même. Tres bien, petite cour pour les repas, marché à 2 pas en sortant. Tous les commerçants à proximité. Mer 3 km.....en vélo. Maison cuisine grande et bien équipée Machine à laver, au démarrage une fuite inondation salle de bain. J ai tel mais personne s est dérangé...
