Its impressive private chlorine pool (16 x 9 meters, depth from 0.90 to 1.90 meters) is the centerpiece of a spacious terrace equipped with 6 sun loungers, a parasol, and a cozy barbecue area.
Additionally, there is a wood-fired oven for preparing delicious traditional meals.
An outdoor shower and an extra bathroom with a shower complete the outdoor amenities.
The furnished porch, overlooking the pool and mountains, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The interior combines functionality and comfort.
The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, WiFi, satellite television, and central heating for the winter months.
The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is fully equipped with a filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and a gas hob. It also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
