Your Perfect Holiday in Grömitz - Welcome to the "Villa am Meer"!
Enjoy relaxing days in our freshly renovated apartment no. 7 on the first floor.
The lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers you everything you need for a restful stay. Thanks to its central location directly behind the dike, you can reach the beautiful promenade in just a two-minute walk.
The apartment was modernized and stylishly furnished in March 2025. The cozy living room invites you to linger with a comfortable sofa set, a TV, and a dining area.
Two balconies, directly accessible from the living room, offer you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the fresh sea air. The kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired: a 4-zone ceramic hob with an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, and all common small appliances are available.
An LCD TV, a radio, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The bedroom impresses with a new, comfortable box spring bed and a spacious wardrobe – here you will find restful sleep after an eventful day. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, a vanity, and a toilet. For your convenience, the building offers an elevator as well as laundry and drying facilities.
A lockable bicycle storage room and a reserved parking space (no. 7) are also available to you. Notes for our guests Due to consideration for allergy sufferers, pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels, and tea towels, or use our rental option. Secure your dream holiday in the "Villa am Meer" and enjoy unforgettable days in Grömitz! Includes a seasonal beach chair at Holiday Beach Schwardt (only during the beach chair season, approximately from April 15th to September 15th each year).
