This inviting vacation apartment for up to 4 people is located on the ground floor and offers approximately 57 m² of living space, providing everything for a comfortable stay.
Pets are welcome here upon request.
The living/dining area is cozily furnished with a sofa corner, a dining table, a radio with CD player, and satellite TV, allowing you to spend relaxing evenings.
The adjacent kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, and kettle – ideal for self-catering. The vacation apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), providing space for families or friends. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. For relaxing hours outdoors, there is a south-west facing terrace equipped with garden furniture.
A parking space is available for your car in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
Further amenities include a bicycle shed, insect screens, pleated blinds, and external blinds for added comfort.
Free Wi-Fi is available. This apartment is perfect for guests seeking peace and relaxation who wish to bring their pets, as the Prerow dog beach is not far from the accommodation. Note on possible additional costs: Departures on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will incur a surcharge of 50% on the cleaning fee. It may be possible to adjust the travel period to avoid this surcharge.
Please note that bookings from June to September should be as continuous as possible. For bookings with pets, we charge the respective pet rental fee per pet, as well as an additional cleaning fee. If bed linen and/or towels are not provided in the booked accommodation, they can be booked additionally.
We charge €12 per set for bed linen and €8 per set for towels.
A linen change is not included. The visitor's tax is based on the current statutes of the holiday resorts and must be paid in cash at the VVR Flöter rental office upon arrival. Errors and omissions excepted!
