This cozy vacation apartment for up to 4 people offers approximately 58 m² of living space with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living area with a dining table, seating area, and entertainment options such as a radio with CD/DVD player and a TV (SAT/Cable). The modern kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, and kettle – ideal for preparing your meals. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), perfect for families or couples.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a washing machine. Particularly pleasant are the south-facing terrace, which invites you to relax outdoors, and the parking space directly at the accommodation, ensuring added convenience.
Includes Wi-Fi, a wagon, a high chair, and a travel cot with a mattress for younger guests.
A shared bicycle shed, garden, and barbecue area are available for communal use. Please note that towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented for a fee. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a quiet and comfortable stay – in a friendly, family-oriented environment.
Pets are not allowed. Note on possible additional costs: Departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday will incur a 50% surcharge on the cleaning fee. It may be possible to adjust the travel period to avoid the surcharge.
