Bright and modern flat with terrace in a recently built building located just a few minutes' drive from the airport and the centre of Olbia.


The flat, with its modern and elegant style, is situated on the fourth floor of a building with lift and opens onto the living area, an open space furnished with sofa, smart TV, dining table and open kitchen equipped with all the necessary comforts for preparing delicious meals. From the living area, there is access to the terrace furnished with sofas and an outdoor table in which to relax. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed with double exposure, a small balcony and a large walk-in wardrobe. A bathroom with walk-in shower completes the layout.

Hung over the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist arrival point in northern Sardinia. In the centre are the medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, exhibiting artefacts from Nuragic artefacts to Roman warships, and in the hills just outside the city, overlooking the gulf, the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The coastal area of Olbia alternates between beaches and cliffs of incomparable beauty, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados.
