The unit provides a well-equipped kitchen that’ll have all the basic cookies supplies and dishes you may need during your stay. There is a dining table for two and a bar area for any additional guests. The bedroom includes a King size bed that sits near the wood burning making it the coziest in the winter. A large wall-to-wall window and skylights flood the suite with natural light and gives some amazing views of the pine trees. The living room area has a couch that folds down into a Full-size bed. Families have the option to have it in a couch or bed form during their stay. There is also a TV that has a Roku device connected, so you can stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows! The bathroom has a very spacious layout and includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, full size mirror, and some shelves for your bathroom supplies. We will provide you with towels and soaps during your stay. In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers or down in this home. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular! There are two separate firepit areas that offer a bar top, charcoal BBQs, and plenty of chairs for your friends and family to sprawl out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is also a large deck that can serve as an outdoor dining area that has a picnic table and another charcoal BBQ.1. Must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.

3. NO SMOKING inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, but please pick up your butts. Unfortunately, the cost to clean a room that someone has smoked is significant and time consuming. For that reason, we will charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if found violating the smoking policy.
4. NO parties. Quite hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

7. Guests will be held responsible for the cost of any damages or replacing missing items in this rental. We understand accidents happen, so please let us know of any issues so we can get it addressed before our incoming guests.
8. 4 guests allowed. Please notify your host if the futon bed needs to be in couch or bed form during your stay.This building is a 4-plex, meaning it provides four separate rentals each with its own private entrance. The only shared space will be outside the building where the firepits and picnic table is located. There is plenty of room for our guests to spread out and enjoy the outdoors with their friends and family!
Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach the town of Shaver Lake. After you pass the Hungry Hut, you'll make a left turn on Walburn Rd. and follow the road to the left onto Digger Ln. You'll see a big Green building on your left.
