This newly remodeled vacation rental is ready to take you back to the California Gold Rush! Featuring all new flooring, granite countertops, a beautiful stone shower, fireplace, and more! With three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a spectacular outdoor setting, there is plenty of space your group to spread out and enjoy their stay. This property is centrally located in the heart of Shaver Lake, so you will have the convenience of being walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and the lake!
The newly remodeled kitchen features stunning black granite countertops, complemented by a sleek stainless-steel sink. Freshly painted in a calming sage green, the ambiance is both inviting and serene. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and additional amenities, the kitchen will have everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. Adjacent, the dining room table accommodates up to six guests, creating the perfect space for your group to sit down and enjoy meals together. The spacious living room has a leather couch, recliner, and a large flat screen TV that is equipped with a Blu-Ray DVD player and a Roku device so you can stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows! During winter months, guests can snuggle up and enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace. This suite features three bedrooms, each designed with your utmost comfort in mind. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed that sits into the wall creating more space in the bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. Each bedroom will include fresh clean sheets, a comforter, and extra blankets. In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment. This means there are no feathers, down, or carpet in this home. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular! There are two separate firepit areas that offer a bar top, charcoal BBQs, and plenty of chairs for your friends and family to sprawl out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. There is also a large deck that can serve as an outdoor dining area that has a picnic table and another charcoal BBQ.1. Must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
2. NO PETS ALLOWED.
3. NO SMOKING inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, but please pick up your butts. Unfortunately, the cost to clean a room that someone has smoked is significant and time consuming. For that reason, we will charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if found violating the smoking policy.
4. NO parties. Quite hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
5. Check in is at 3:00pm or any time after.
6. Check out is at 10:00am.
7. Guests will be held responsible for the cost of any damages or replacing missing items in this rental. We understand accidents happen, so please let us know of any issues so we can get it addressed before our incoming guests.
8. 6 guests allowed. Rollaway beds are available for any additional guests for an additional $25 per person, per night. Rollaway beds must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.This building is a 4-plex, meaning it provides four separate rentals each with its own private entrance. The only shared space will be outside the building where the firepits and picnic table is located. It provides a great opportunity to meet other travelers in the area!
Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach the town of Shaver Lake. After you pass the Hungry Hut, you'll make a left turn on Walburn Rd. and follow the road to the left onto Digger Ln. You'll see a big Green building on your left.
