In the resort of Bagnères-de-Luchon, located on the ground floor of the owners' house, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring the Pyrenees in both summer and winter.
It features a small adjoining courtyard with garden furniture and street parking. On-site activities include skiing, thermal baths, shops, restaurants, the film festival in March and the flower festival in August, golf, gliding, and paragliding.
Within 5 km: the Antignac leisure and water sports center (rafting, canoeing, paintball, fishing); within 13 km (20 minutes by car): the Cascade d'Enfer waterfall hike, the Lac d'Oô hike, the Hospice de France hike, and the Peyragudes and Bourg d'Oueil ski resorts; within 20 km (30 minutes by car): Bossost in Spain, the Port de Balès hike, and the Pyrénées-Hô adventure park. 33km (35 min drive): Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, voted France's favorite village, and 40km (40 min drive): Montréjeau (train station, swimming lake). The apartment is on the ground floor.
A shared entrance provides access to the rental and the owners' residence upstairs.
Living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm and 1 single bed 90cm), shower room, WC. Central gas heating is available at an extra charge from October 1st to April 30th. No internet access. WITHOUT A CAR: Toulouse - Luchon train line, Luchon stop, 17-minute walk to the apartment (total journey time: 2 hours 15 minutes).

Ce logement au RDC de la maison du propriétaire est conforme à notre attente. Nous n'avons pas croisé les propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié la cour dans laquelle nous avons pris nos repas au salon de jardin. De plus il est très bien situé car on va à pied au centre ville. Et surtout nous avons fait de belles randonnées.

This gite was in a perfect location in Luchon. It was within a short walking distance to bakeries and stores. It was also centrally located for walks in the area. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. The gite had everything we needed and we wouldn't hesitate to rent it again if we were in the area.
