Lake Géry de Saint-Béat, with its beach, restaurant, and golf course, is just 2 km away.
In the village of Marignac, this former barn, adjoining the owners' house, has been converted to comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends.
It features a landscaped garden bordering a stream (former mill), a private terrace, and parking. The cottage is arranged over two levels: - Ground floor: entrance hall, spacious living/dining room, professional kitchen (unheated), WC. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (3 single beds 90cm wide) (1 double bed 140cm wide + 2 single bunk beds 90cm wide) (1 double bed 160cm wide + 1 single bed 90cm wide + balcony) (1 double bed 140cm wide) (3 single beds 90cm wide). Each bedroom has a private, adjoining shower room/WC. Electric heating. WITHOUT A CAR: Toulouse - Luchon train line, Marignac - Saint-Béat stop, 14-minute walk to the gîte (total journey time: 2 hours).

Logement confortable et spacieux Par contre manque 1 peu de vaisselle pour la capacité du gîte Gros bémol sur le calcul de l'électricité car compteur chez la propriétaire donc on ne sait pas si on ne paie pas pour son logement ( elle habite juste à côté) et n'a pas deduit le 8kw/h/jour auxquels on avait droit
