This carefully renovated farmhouse is an ideal family home for relaxing, exploring the Lauragais region, and enjoying activities near Lake St. Ferréol (swimming, hiking, cycling along the Rigole canal) and Revel.
Here, you can enjoy the large, peaceful, and shady garden with its fenced pond (vegetation in front of the pond). There is a gravel terrace in front of the door.
Parking is available next to the cottage.
Table tennis and bicycles are available for guests.
The cottage is attached to the main house. Hikers, cyclists, and motorcyclists are welcome! Two-level layout: - Ground floor: large entrance hall, open-plan fitted kitchen/dining room with large bay window, living room (with closed fireplace), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), shower room/WC, pantry/laundry room - First floor: 3 bedrooms (3 single beds 90x200cm) (2 single beds 90x200cm) (1 double bed 160x200cm), bathroom with shower, WC with washbasin. Electric and wood heating.

séjour tranquille en famille et au calme. Gîte bien situé à proximité du lac Saint Ferréol et non loin d'Albi, Toulouse et Carcassonne pour les touristes citadins. Le grand jardin du gîte permet aux enfants de s'éclater en plein air. Séjour reposant et magnifique région.
